Learn kickboxing in a fun and challenging way. Kickboxing is very popular and not only practiced by men, but also more and more women are practicing kickboxing. Together with a training buddy you meet at the gym (or bring a friend), you learn different techniques and combinations: punches, kicks and knees. Our experienced instructors, who also speak English, are taught in a conditional and technical manner. Do you want to work on your fitness, more mental peace, a good workout and good sports? This kickboxing lesson is perfect for you!
Children can follow safe and responsible kickboxing classes at Hit & Health. We offer youth classes in two age groups: from 4 till 9 years old and 9 years and older. In a playful and responsible way the children discover kickboxing. Discipline and social interaction with the other children are of the upmost importance in these classes. Also norms and values and having respect for one-another are an important part during the lessons. The children are in safe hands with our experienced instructors.
Punch bag training
The punch bag training is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) where we use the kickboxing techniques: punches, kicks and knees. Do you want to bring your fitness to a higher level, increase your strength and sharpen your responsiveness? During the punch bag training, there is no physical contact with a training buddy. Some people find this easier and more comfortable. Do you feel the same? Then this punch bag training is the thing for you!
MMA and grappling
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is very popular worldwide and is practiced by millions of people. We offer MMA with grappling. MMA combines various combat sports such as wrestling (grappling), judo, kickboxing, boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, to come to the most effective combat sport. Fighting is done standing and on the ground. Because of this MMA and grappling is the ideal combination to become a versatile martial artist.
Personal training: private lessons
For a personal training kickboxing, boxing, MMA or weight training you’ve come to the right place. When you book a private lesson, you will have an hour of the undivided attention of your instructor. Seminar kickboxing: customised workshop
